These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 93bd platform, accessible at 93bd.io and any associated mobile or web applications operated under the 93bd brand. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and 93bd.

Corporate entities, partnerships, organisations, and automated systems (including bots or scripts) are not permitted to register accounts or use the 93bd platform in any capacity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified 93bd of unauthorised access promptly upon becoming aware of it. 93bd accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

93bd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. This feature is available to all registered players and provides a significant additional layer of account security.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 93bd may require you to submit identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle. This may include a national identity card, passport, proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method used. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real funds. Bonus funds are applied to your account as a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds are used first in wagering. When both real-money and bonus balances are present, the real-money balance will be wagered first unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

All bets placed on 93bd are final once confirmed by the system. Sports Betting: Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers tests, and international matches — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI as applicable). Other sports markets (football, kabaddi, tennis, hockey) are settled using data from the relevant official organisation. In-play bets accepted after an event outcome has been determined will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 93bd platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and withdrawals, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the 93bd platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 93bd platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any 93bd content.

93bd's maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
